Business challenge

Interstate wanted to expand their operation in the German market and therefore increased the number of their local staff in Germany. Since the labour- law and regulations in Germany are very complex, and without having its own HR team for Germany, the company wanted to outsource all of its German HR and payroll related work and was therefore looking for a trusted service provider to keep their ongoing business operations running and to enhance their future growth objectives.
